The make-your-own pancake machine was an awesome breakfast highlight! The location is prime, just a hop away from street food havens like Cafe Giang and Red Bean Restaurant. Plus, the rooms are clean and spacious, creating a comfy vibe after a day of culinary adventures.
No windows in our room was a bit of a downer—a touch bleak if you're staying long. Just keep that in mind if you need sunshine to lift your spirits.

Hotel service was great, remembering our needs promptly.
I faced several issues during my stay. The air conditioning was extremely cold and unmanageable. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was a nightmare. it barely worked, and despite multiple requests for help, nothing improved. It was frustrating that I had to deal with these basic amenities during my vacation.

The staff offered exceptional assistance during my visit. One employee went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making my stay very comfortable. I appreciated the effort to provide insights into the local cuisine, especially the noodle soup, which was the best I tasted.
The bathroom drainage was an issue, as the water filled up quickly from the shower. The lack of proper drainage made it difficult at times.

The Deluxe Double room was super spacious, really clean, and had a comfy king-sized bed. Loved the huge windows letting in natural light without much noise. Perfect for relaxing after a day out in bustling Hanoi. The location was awesome too—just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and nearby cafes. We had a great breakfast, especially the crepes! Just a heads up, there weren't many power outlets by the bed.

Great vintage feel with a clean, spacious family suite that was well-maintained. Staff provided exceptional assistance by arranging bus tickets and day trips, which made exploring local attractions seamless. Breakfast included tasty homemade pies and jams, adding a lovely touch. However, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, and our room lacked natural light, which was disappointing during our stay.

Excellent Location and Amazing Staff
I had a great experience during my stay! The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from major attractions like Hoan Kiem Lake, making it easy to explore the area. The staff really impressed me. they not only arranged a smooth airport transfer for $13, but also recommended fantastic local dining spots. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh fruits! If I had to mention something, I wish there were more power outlets in the room.
